SHIPPING

Australia

  • We offer free 5 business days shipping in all of Australia (except SA and WA) for all orders > AUD $50. SA & WA deliveries will incur a shipping cost of $10 for orders > AU $50
  • Orders < AUD $50 will incur a shipping charge of AUD $5 in Australia (except SA&WA). SA& WA deliveries will incur a shipping charge of AU $15.
  • All orders will be shipped via Australia Post, DHL or Fedex and tracking id will be provided at time of dispatch
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being received. Shipping time doesn't include the processing time
  • Deliveries to WA, outside of Perth may need an additional 2-3 business days to reach you
  • Express Shipping Options Are Available at Check Out
  • We are a global company and hence items may ship from multiple warehouses, depending on availability. However, we will stick to our delivery timelines irrespective of warehouse location the items

New Zealand 

  • We offer free 5 business days shipping to New Zealand for all orders > AUD $100
  • Orders < AUD $100 will incur a shipping charge of AUD $10
  • All orders will be shipped via Australia Post, DHL or Fedex and tracking id will be provided at time of dispatch
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being received 

Singapore

  • We offer free 5-day shipping to Singapore for all orders > AUD $50
  • Orders < AUD $50 will incur a shipping charge of AUD $5
  • All orders will be shipped via Singapore Post, DHL or Fedex and tracking id will be provided at time of dispatch
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being received 

United States

  • We offer free 3 day priority shipping to the United States for all orders > $50
  • Orders <$50 will incur a shipping charge of $10
  • All orders will be shipped via DHL or Fedex and tracking id will be provided at time of dispatch
  • All orders are processed within 2 business days of being received

 


RETURN POLICY

  • You can return any full price item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • In case you are returning an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be borne by the customer
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund including shipping charges and return shipping

CONDITION OF RETURN

All product(s) must be returned:

    • Unused and unwashed
    • With all original tags still attached
    • Not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • Free of make-up or tan marks
