1. How do I contact Customer Care?

You can contact customer care by sending us an e-mail at support@kraftdirect.com and we will get back to you within 12 hours.

3. Will I receive a confirmation mail after I place an order?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order.

If for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email:

1. Please check the promotional/spam folders of your email inbox

2. Contact us by sending us an e-mail at support@kraftdirect.com

4. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at support@kraftdirect.com and mentioned Order Cancellation in the subject along with the order number. 
We are generally able to change the shipping address unless the order has already been shipped. 

5. Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We can send to PO boxes

6. When will my order get shipped?

8. My order has not arrived. What do I do?

In the unlikely even of your order not reaching you on time, please send us an e-mail at support@kraftdirect.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 12 hours.

9. How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please refer to our returns policy.

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed and your credit will be sent to the original method of payment

10. Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we are only an online store. But on the bright side, you can shop with us 24/7!
